v0.2.9
20 October 2026
LatestAsks you to save before the app closes
Restore copies if a plan goes wrong
Closing the window asks you to save the plan file, keep working, or close without saving. While you work, the app keeps earlier copies on this device. Restore brings one back, and if a saved plan cannot be read, Restore last copy is offered instead of a blank drawing.
v0.2.8
17 October 2026
Trucks stay on top when you export a JPEG or PDF
The sheet was redrawing the venue over the trucks, so some trucks looked faded behind the rooms. Export now draws the rooms first and the trucks on top, and keeps them solid on the Venue tab too.
v0.2.7
14 October 2026
Custom text size on every truck, stage, room and label
Truck names print larger on the A4 sheet
Trucks and stages always draw on top of the venue
Select an object and pick a text size: S, M, L, XL or XXL, or type a percentage from 50 to 400. Select several trucks to resize all their labels at once. M returns a label to its automatic size.
Rooms and imported drawings now stay underneath, so a room drawn after a truck no longer covers it.
v0.2.6
13 October 2026
Select several objects, then move or delete them together
Type a zoom percentage, and return the drawing to centre
An overall crew number that updates as you assign departments
Save as, for a second copy of the plan
Drag a box on empty space, or hold Command (Ctrl on Windows) and click, to select more than one room or truck. Delete removes the whole selection.
On Notes, set the overall crew, then give each department a number. The tally shows how many are still to assign. Reset clears the department numbers and leaves the overall crew.
v0.2.5
11 October 2026
New dock icon
Notes tab, with crew on the left and formatted notes on the right
JPEG and PDF export as one A4 landscape page
The drawing fills the sheet, whatever the zoom on screen
Venue, Trucks and Notes are separate tabs. On Notes, set crew numbers and roles, and write the sheet with bold, italic, underline and colour.
Export JPEG or PDF. Both are one A4 landscape page: crew and the layout on the left, notes on the right. The drawing fills the space under the crew box.
